Making a video from an image

Image-to-video uses a still image as the visual starting point. A motion prompt describes what changes over the clip. Choose an image with a clear subject and a simple movement before attempting a more complicated scene.

From a saved image to a generated clip

Our image-to-video tool is offered with Deluxe and Elite access. Check your account for the conditions that apply before starting a generation.

  1. Create an image or choose one already in your gallery.
  2. Use Turn into video when that action is available.
  3. Describe the movement and select the available VideoGen model.
  4. Review the access and cost shown for the request, then submit it.
  5. Look for the result in the Video tab in My Gallery.

Keep the first motion prompt simple

Describe one visible action and the camera behavior. For example: the adult fictional traveler turns toward the station clock while the camera slowly moves closer. Keep clothing, location and the main subject consistent with the starting image.

Avoid asking a short clip to introduce several new characters, change location and perform unrelated actions at once. A simpler request is easier to inspect and refine.

A generated video is not a live video call

A video result is created from an image and prompt. It does not establish that a real person is on camera or that a two-way live call is taking place.

A video badge on a character card is also not a complete description of your account's generation access. Open the relevant tool and check its controls before assuming the same feature is available everywhere.

Questions and answers

Does GirlfriendGPT have video generation?

Yes. Our image-to-video tool starts from a generated or saved image and uses a text prompt to describe motion. Check eligible access and the displayed request cost in your account.

Where do generated videos appear?

Video results appear in the Video tab of My Gallery. Keep the original image and motion prompt if you want to compare later attempts.

Is a character video the same as a webcam conversation?

No. A generated clip is media output. It is not proof of a live camera, a real person or a two-way video call.
